​The Chair to call the Meeting to Order.

The Municipal Conflict of Interest Act requires any member of Council declaring a pecuniary interest and the general nature thereof, where the interest of a member of Council has not been disclosed by reason of the member’s absence from the meeting, to disclose the interest at the first open meeting attended by the member of Council and otherwise comply with the Act.

    Staff Recommendation: THAT the report titled,2023 Budget Survey Results” (FIN23-003), be received for information.

Current 2023 Draft Budget Status with proposed adjustments and impacts as of January 10, 2023.

  • Motion by

    Staff Recommendation: THAT direction be given on whether to maintain the approved 2023 transit fare rates or to amend the Fees and Charges By-law 128-2022 to revise the rates to their 2022 level.

  • Motion by

    Staff Recommendation: THAT the report titled, ”Financial Comparison – Saturday Fixed Route Full-Service versus On-Demand Service” (FIN23-001), be received for information;

    AND THAT On-Demand Service remain for Saturday transit service.

2023 Draft Capital Budget and the 2024 to 2032 Capital Forecast Review by department.
